Im a huge fan of fallout and love the game but i just got the perk idiot savant and its great but wtf is with the mentally challenged person screaming and laughing every couple minutes. It was funny at first but it happens way too often for that to be going on all the time.

I dont know if im the only one here but thats seriously the most annoying thing ive ever heard. Please make a mute button or something for that because i muted all voices just so i wouldnt hear it and it kind of kills the game. Im really surprised i havent seen anybody else complain about it.
