Please give us minor tweaks to the build system

As I said in an earlier discussion, I love everything about FO 4 so far, (glitches are life in open world and it's Bethesda they'll fix them) except the construction. We really need such minor changes to make it awesome too. Sorry if this gets long winded, but this was the feature I was most excited for so the issues are real frustrating to me where other fans might

For example, while building, we really need a "top view" of the property.. so we can place things where they need to go. Right now it's a total pita because when one is building walls, which is specifically what I mentioned earlier but want in this topic, it's sometimes humorously hard to see / line up the wall piece. I know this seems silly, but if raiders are going to attack, I want to be able to defend my way. Walls, choke points, all that good stuff. What can I say? Once a soldier always a soldier right? Even if now only a soldier in Fallout =P

Another thing about the walls and corners that a top view would get rid of, is this horrible thing where if you want walls to connect they refuse to, and if trying to place walls too close and not wanting them to snap together, they refuse NOT to. Like, you have to use a corner, because if you take to flat wall parts you can't rotate part one and place it like _| without the walls snapping together. It's horribly frustrating when trying to build a perimeter.

Last but not least, when moving walls and equipment around, with no top view it's hard to place them already, but the system in place to move parts vertically is laughable.. right now you have to look up or down and the part often snaps about 30 ft up or down in response, no in-between. :brokencomputer:

I was really, REALLY excited for this feature so again, don't mean to sound full of complaints just hoping the system is improved. :goodjob: It's a savage open world full of awesome and threats, including raiders attacking these places, let us build proper plzzz.

Beside this i would like to be allowed clipping stuff through each other. For example the ground you want to build on isnt flat and you wanna build a fence, there will be a lot of gaps at the bottom. i.imgur.c om/C4KSMR9.jpg

Oh my gosh yes. This drives me so crazy. I have a serious OCD issue. Walls need to be lined up (hence the topic in the first place) and the gap you get when you actually manage to connect walls is painful to almost a literal level. I see in my mind at least, "well wth is the point of a wall if someone can just slip underneath it?" lol
