So when you first go into vault 81 you meet a fella named Calvin who says he will buy tools off you for 15 caps. Well I did the quest for that vault and went exploring and collected about a hundred or each tool to sell.

I went back to the vault and came across two npc's with his character type and voice. But they just say "resident" I never killed him or anything. Where did he go?
