when I was in the commonwealth/wasteland, I remember killing settlers but not gaining exp, but I shrugged it off thinking maybe the exp lagged/glitched and just didn't show up (or i flat out didn't notice it). But now I'm in vault 81, and I remember one of the fun things to do in NV was grabbing my silenced pistol and picking off random residents for some extra exp. But in this game, I don't seem to be getting any exp. Is this an intentional change, or is my game glitched?

You killed civilians i doubt they would give any xp did they even put up much of a fight?

...if one civilian was say half the xp gain of a common raider...wonder how much XP all of Diamond City is worth

Ya pretty sure they just don't reward xp, which is lame.

I really miss the karma factor, so far when I do something considered "evil" like eat a corpse for example, every single companion except Dogmeat, will react negativity or say they didn't like that. Like I really dislike that as it is, but the fact that, that is ALL that happens is also a let down. Also, I think no EXP rewards for killing off civz is crappy move Whats the point of trying to plant a live grenade in a enemy's pocket if you can't even get close enough to do to it?

They say out loud they don't like it or there's just a little box saying "x didn't like that" ? Cause I hate like, maybe 10 corpses with Nick Valentine in the vicinity, sometimes right in front of him and I didn't get any of that.
