I thought you had to get the first ones before you could get any below so i got the 1st 2 agility perks; revolvers and automatic weapons +20%. Then i got 2 int perks. Gun nut and scrapper. Dont get much more from scrapper yet. hacker may have been better but may not have many advanced terminals at this stage either. Scrounger may be better and people seem excited about the luck perks. I thought grim reaper used to be an agility perk but i could be wrong.
