Beta 1.2.33 - Wetness causing Whiteout

Had a problem with strange Whiteout effect - https://i.imgur.com/PCE2hVl.jpg

Location : This was in the vicinity of South Boston Police Department / The Gwinnet Restaurant

If you look at Codsworths body area you will notice its raining

The reason I suspected Wetness was because this effect slowly comes on as the rain starts in some areas, the whole screen fades from normal graphics to what you see in the screenshot.

I had a save in this location, and upon reload the rain kicks in, and this effect also fades in.

Turn off Wetness in the game launchers settings and the problem is solved ..

Apart from not being able to use Wetness any more :(

I did not experience this prior to the beta patch, but the way it manifested it could be a case of it was a problem all along just waiting for the right conditions .. shrugs
