So when my pipboy edition of the game came in, I noticed it did not include an actual code to activate it on steam (PC edition). Is there any way to get another code from Bethesda, or am I just [censored]? Also, will PS4 discs work in a computer CD/DVD Drive?

THe code is on the Small double side White guide you get in the Pip Boy box. It should be in a text box printed on the back of the paper.
