Help with BUG for Miscellaneous Quest? "Meet Ness at... : Fallout 4

Does anyone else have trouble with talking to NPC Ness for Miscellaneous quest "Meet Ness at the crash site"?

she will not talk to me and the quest marker is not on her as it is for other NPC, it is on the ground near her.. :cry:

For me she isn't even there. And not where i met her either.

The next quest stage does begin if i attack the raiders, but won't complete even when i've killed them all.

So, i think it's broken :meh:

I pick pocketed her to get the quest items, looted the cargo, quest ended, but got no quest reward, eg. experience..

I am having a problem where she is missing and the quest marker is above a rock.
