I still see some of the problems Skyrim and Fallout 3 had. Specially with items. The items I put on display sometimes disappear from my house. I spent hours arranging them and when I came back they were gone. I removed the floor to see if they had fallen through and nope, they were just gone. I looked everywhere. I even checked the settlers inventory.

This really bums me out because now I have lost total interest in decorating and it is one of my favorite things in the game. If this isn't fixed then there goes my replay-ability value.

Also settlers keep coming into my home and sitting on my furniture, I built houses for them and even a bar so they can hang out there but they just keep chilling in my house and I don't want to kill them.

This is really annoying. I was hoping this would be fixed with the new Engine.

I use the Red Rocket place so I cant remove the floor, but it seems that every time I load, the game forces most items down a notch, and things on the top of a shelve will eventually end up on the floor or inside the object it once stood upon.

This takes all the fun out of decorating.
