Hello so I am stuck in THE BoS quest line. I have finished the semper quest where I have to help the scribes in the waste land get tech and stuff and I turned it into paladin danse but I can not get the shadow of steel quest to start.. when I go outside and tune in to the radio frequency I never see the airship nor does paladin danse have any dialog options for me.. I have tried to leave area and come back and have loaded previous saves and nothing happens never see the airship nor get told to go to the roof.. please help

Have you followed the main quest through Fort Hagen and encountered the familiar character there?

The Airships arrival and start of Shadow of Steel is triggered when you exit Fort Hagen via the elevator to the roof.

No I have not done any main quest I have to do main through hagan??

So for shadow of steel to start I have to do the main quest and go to Fort hagan right??

Yes, the trigger is exiting onto the Roof of Hagen from an area only accessible during the main quest.
