If I'm to be honest, then there's no way I could give those ratings. I'd say:

That's being honest and still enjoying the game. The graphics are ok in some places and atrocious in others. The gameplay is solid but has a bunch of small things I dislike. The story is weak. The guy has almost no focus on this quest as soon as I start (as a married parent I'd go ballistic). Then there's not enough side quests or random encounters. Not enough NPCs.

All in all not terrible... but they could have done so much better.
