Hi there,

i've got one "Fastsave" Savegame that can't be loaded anymore. The other Savegames that i have, cant be loaded too (as i posted in an other Bug report below, it doesnt go any further then the loading screen).

It just appears the Message that my Savegame is broken.

Someone had the same issues or knows how to fix it?

Did you try to verify file integrity in steam ? dont know if it will help but worth a try if you didn't already.

Maybe if i reinstall the game? Does Fallout 4 automatically saves savefiles to the steamcloud?

Ok i reinstalled it. Savegames are there again but same problem.

Make sure to include Fallout4.exe and Fallout4Launcher.exe in anti-malware exceptions lists.

Before doing wild exotic things like re-installs or other silly things I'd suggest having Windows run check disk on that partition where save files are located.

IT might not save existing issues but can fix future possible issues if you have file system corruption on that partition.

Even if it doesn't fix the issue, worth doing that from time to time anyway.

Reinstalling the game won't delete save games. Navigate to: %userprofile%\Documents\My Games\Fallout4\ , (the file path could be different depending on Windows system language) rename the Saves folder to Saves.old (or similar). Now open Steam and attempt to load Fallout 4. It should re-download any saves from the cloud. If you get an error, that Steam cannot sync with cloud, then hit continue and load Fallout 4 anyway. Once you get to the start screen, exit the game. Go back to the Steam Library and it should start downloading the saves. Launch Fallout 4 again and the save files should be there.

Hopefully the saves stored on the cloud are not corrupted.

Have the same problem. ALL my saves are Corrupted. I dont know why. Please bring a patch that can fix this.

Ungrateful? For what? He was just saying that im stupid cause i tried ro reeinstall the Game and called that a exotic stupid thing. Haha.

He gave you legitimate advice and you took it like an insult because he started off by trying to save you time, but you had already done the thing he said, so you just... you know, took offense, ignoring the actual suggestion? Yeah that's both ungrateful and a little childish.

I think you get me wrong with that. He started with "Before doing wild exotic things like re-installs or other silly things". And then gave me the tip to check my partition? Maybe i got this wrong, but where is the reinstallation of a game that isnt working as expected "wild exotic"? Especially when the Savegames are going to the Steam Cloud?

And saying that this was silly and in the same breath recommend a partition check......come one.....But i don't want to fight here. I didn't want to make someone angry and i really appreciate alle of the help of you guys, really, but in a normal tone. Otherwise no one has to wonder if he gets answears like mine.
