wheres the new DLC for new vegas?

hello forum,
the last time a fallout new vegas DLC came out was about a couple months ago, so tell me you opinion, i think they probably are making a bigger DLC than last and in result they probably are taking up more time to make the dlc. but hopefully the staff takes their time makeing it, unlike they did with the pitt from fallout 3, so tell me what do you think the problem is?

for xbox it came out around December i think...and then like on Feb or Mar it came out for all other systems.

I'm fairly sure i read somewhere its complete. They're just releasing an update beforehand.
