Settlements - player owned bed

Is there any way to make items such as beds for the player only? I want to rebuild my home but I don't want npcs living there.

I think at this stage the only way to prevent citizens of your town using the bed you want is to manually assign them to their own bed using the same method as assigning them to tasks. I wish there was a way to take ownership of doors, beds, containers so that you only have to do it once and you can prevent citizens messing with your digs.

I just put a fence around my house with no gate. I can jump over it, AI can't

Hmm, easy enough work around. Good idea. Thanks.

It's too easy as I ran into this problem, NPCs stealing themselves into my room and sleeping in my bed... I mean, I put at least 4hours into decorating this room. So what I did, I cleared out the houses, and filled them all up with beds. After that, I picked up my own bed. Scrapped it, and then made a new one and placed back to my highly and overly decorated room. No more NPCs sleeping in my space.
