ok guys so I'm at sanctuary hills and for some reason it has an alert by my defense stat so I thought i'd consult sturgis about it..he told me to talk to preston and when i found him he was stuck walking into this wall/window and not leaving the house to go around the outside..I've tried talking with him whilst doing this but it won't let me interact with him, as well as this i wasn't able to command him to go anywhere using the workshop tool...what should I do?
