I tried assigning him to a post, a store and garden. all he does is stay stationary at where i found him and never moves.

Other NPC's have this issue but it can be solved if i save and restart the game, except for Strong... hes just this big thing blocking traffic.

also, i lost dogmeat, after the quest to sniff out Kellogg, i sent him home and hes never seen from again.
