So I thought this bug would work itself out eventually but it hasn't.

Ever since I got back from the Institute and the liberty reprimed quest started Proctor Ingram hasn't moved from her spot. She doesn't respond when interacted with "This person is busy"

Has anyone else seen this problem? Its interfering with a number of quest lines
