I have successfully completed the Research Project, but still have the Quest showing "FAILED: Complete the Research Project." I have made and grabbed the power armor chest.

I've been unable to figure out the Quest ID to manually force quest progression, so I've been stuck for awhile now. I have tried commands like "sqt" in the console to find the Quest ID but without success. I hope you can help me to get the Quest ID!

there are two ways out of the lab. One, complete the research project and grab the Armour, the other is to hack the doors open. IF you hack the doors open it will say the quest has failed, cos you didn't complete the project first. (you can still complete the project, but you need to do it in the right order)

Does the "help" console command work? As in, "help ?"
