This ONLY happens when I'm inside buildings, so far I've only been inside buildings near the begining area (Vault 111 Corvega Power Plant and a few others). I haven't run into this problem when I'm outside walking around.

My Specs: Windows 7 64-Bit

i5 2500k

8.0 GB RAM

EVGA GTX 680 : 359.00 Driver

When I was googling the issue, I came to the conclusion that my graphics card is dying, but I only have this problem with this game and specifically when I'm inside buildings, everywhere else in the game it looks great and runs smoothly. I'm really hoping it's not a hardware issue and that someone might have a clue as to what the problem is.

I have the dialouge mod but the issue was there before I installed it, I have also tried verifying the game cache, uninstalling the video driver and installing it again, tried turning some settings on and off (probably not every combination of options though), turing god rays off didn't help either.
