Can someone explain why I can't mod a weapon when I meet all the requirements. I am trying to add an Improved Sniper Barrel to my laser rifle. I have all the necessary resources and rank 2 in Science perk (as per the modding requirements) yet that mod is still greyed out. When I try and add the mod it just tells me I don't meet the requirements.
