This quest seems to bug out for a number of reasons. I also am at the "Warn Desdemona" step, but can't get her to respond more than the 1-line pvssyrs she has for general situations. However, unlike you I did not wipe out Boston Airport - I am definitely hostile to the Brotherhood of Steel, but I haven't gone to Boston Airport since I made the choice that turned them hostile. I did end up getting Glory killed in the mission where we went through the subway tunnels, which I've read in other threads is also potentially linked to this game-breaking bug. I really hope this is on the fix list for an upcoming patch...otherwise it seems I won't be able to finish the game the way I want to (I'm not going to kill her or go rampage on the Institute).

I got the same issue.
I have not wiped out the Airport, and Glory is alive and well. I got no clue why i can't warn her. And i also don't want to kill her or go rampage in the institute.
Its been 2 weeks now, across several systems (PC, XBOX and PS) and not even a response like "We are working on it".

It might have been the last time i preordered any game, glad i didn't get the season pass.
