This isn't a big deal to me really, but it is a bit weird:

I just looked at my Steam achievements for Fallout 4 and realized I didn't have the "War never changes" achievement, which should be awarded for just playing through the intro sequence of the game. I'm almost 100 hours in, but supposedly have never even started.

Then I realized there are a bunch of other achievements I don't have either, like "Sanctuary" and "Future Retro", even though I know for a fact that I met the criteria for them.

So, what's up with that?
