During my game play about every ten minutes my games sound goes away but i can still move, then it freezes completely for about a minute, when it comes out of the freeze its like all the sounds catch back up,(trying to play through this its worse in some area than other) i have tried disabling the nvida stream service, lowering setting to the lowest, and unlocking the fps limiter tips that i found on steam forums and still no avail,after all of this i completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game and still have the issue i would love to see if there is anything you guys can do the game looks amazing, thank you for your time.

My first thought is that your CPU, Chipset or RAM is overheating.

Judging by your symthoms, its mostlikely CPU or Chipset.

If it was the RAM, you would just get a black screen and the computer rebooting in most cases.

Get some up to date software which can monitor CPU, and Chipset temperatures.

Because you obviously have a bottleneck that is mostlikely caused by overheating.

The hotter it gets, the less information goes through.

If you imagine a garden hose, and the stream of water coming through it is the data, and the heat is you starting slowly twisting the hose.. it will decrease the waterflow more and more, the more you twist the hose.. and eventually after enough twisting the water cannot pass through it anymore.

Once you let go of the twisting on the hose... all the pressure built up in the hose will rush forward in one big splash.

Oh and the sound is not what is causing the lag, its just that the sound is a direct indication OF the "lag".

The sound gives you a pretty good idea of what is happening in your system, since the information for the sound is also not reaching its destination properly.

I got the same problem my computer is suppose to run this game Ultra.

My temp is like 35 40 CPU btw.(Thx to my ventirad)
