I've been trying to fix this for a bit but I'm not sure what causes it or what settings to mess with.

Basically after 15 feet or so things look more blurry. This is very and most noticeable in the shadows. It's annoying to watching them change as I'm walking around because the distance at which they start to blur is so close. Chaning settings for draw distance or quality doesn't seem to help.
