Issue with NPC VO Spatialization.

Hey all,

So after playing for quiet sometime I have noticed that there is a consistent issue with how NPC VO is spatialized. It seems as though the direction and amplitude of the VO is independent of where the NPC is, in relation to the player. At times it feels, and sounds, as though there isn't any sort of spatial treatment on the VO and it merely goes straight to the player's ears; I play on headphones.

Is there some way of fixing this issue? Is this intended behavior? Spatialized audio is a large part of how I play FPS and I would imagine the same can be said for many others.

Thanks.

Stereo or surround headphones? I have a 5.1 speaker set up and if I don't look directly at the NPC talking I can't make out what they say because the environmental volume drowns it out. But in dialogue the voices come from where they should based on screen position of the NPC.

I'm currently using a pair of the HyperX Cloud Gaming stereo headphones.

During dialogue it seems to be alright, but I find that if you're fighting multiple enemies(i.e:raiders) it's almost impossible to pinpoint where they are based on their emotes.
