i have a big issue, all of my quests refuse to update.

for example, i am standing right next to virgil in the glowing sea, but i cannot initiate dialogue.

I have found 9 of 10 Winter holotapes, though my quest updater says i have noly 6.

If i activate a quest in the quest log, no quest markers will show on my map.

Also have trouble initiate dialogue with merchants at bunker hill and Diamond city.

Pls help! thank you
