oblem is my pc is not strong enough so i cant run fallout 4 at 1366x768 resolution which is the native resolution i am forced to play at 1280x720 but i dont like that screen is streched , so i change the resolution from windows settings, but i keep it at centre so window is not streched and it has black boundaries all around

now when i run fallout 4 at 1280x720, it just streches over to whole screen instead of inside the window, i mean there is no black boundaries then and it looks bad because jaggies are apparant and all

only if i set it to windowed mode, it can run in that resolution but then fps is low, i lose around 5-8 fps running in windowed mode

so how can i run this game at non native resolution but not windowed mode , full screen with boundaries around so it doesnt look streached

is there a way? this is the only game where i cant do this
