Just stumbled into a quest bug with "ghoul problem at nordhagen beach". The quest marker won't show up. I remember cleaning out the national guard place before I got that quest, so the ghoul I now have to kill is already dead. Seems that the quest cannot be completed anymore now. I ran through it a second time and killed all respawned ghouls but the quest did not complete.

This should be fixed in the next patch please. Or am I missing something?

You may have missed one. I had to run through twice till I found a glowing one in the toilet. For whatever reason despite me not exactly being stealthy, it wasn't getting up to attack.

The glowing one was there at my first visit, without having the quest. It doesn't appear again. I walked through it the third time now, sneaking, running in every corner and shooting at all lying bodies and killing everything that was there. Still not completed the quest
