Black Screen of Death and Lost Nerves : Fallout 4

The moment i click "Play" on the launcher, a black screen appears and then it crashes.

Things i've tried to fix this:

#1 Running the game in all possible resolutions in combination with Fullscreen, Windowed and Windowed-Borderless, same crash happens.

#2 Changed my monitor resolution to every single one and tried again with the #1 option, same crash.

#3 Reinstalled the game like a hundred times and again tried options #1 and #2, same crash.

#4 Checked to see if my game is "really" installed in English language, because i saw somewhere on the internet that there's some conflict between English and other languages, same crash.

#5 Tried deleting and bypassing the "intro" as i also heard that can cause the crash, same crash happens.

#6 Reinstalled my drivers, DirectX, Redistributables and other important stuff, guess what SAME FREAKING CRASH!

Even if my PC is not high end, i should still be able to get to the freaking "Main Menu" and play the game on low settings and low fps.

Any help would be highly appreciated, i did absolutely everything i could think of and i'm starting to lose my mind.

Yesterday, I got the game to run by downloading new copies of x3daudio1_7.dll and xinput1_3.dll, but today it does not work anymore.

Doesn't matter if my Graphic card is 1 or 2 GB, i should still be able to get into the main menu, as i do with every single high end game to date. This on the other hand just crashes when i click play on the launcher. It's not the graphic card...

OP:

Im seeing 2013 for your GPU driver. Definitely want to update that. I cant speak for the performance you're gonna get. THere are guides that might help. You may find your memory is low though.

Might want to close as many background apps as you can. This crash on start is not uncommon.

As i've said, the drivers are up to date, there are no new drivers for my GPU. Closed absolutely everything, like skype, winamp, etc. Nothing else is running.

Yet again it's like people don't read. It doesn't matter, i can run much more demanding games with this graphic card, sure i play on low but i'm able to run them, why should Fallout 4 be any different?

I sound like that because if you bothered to search the internet you would notice that some people with high end gaming rigs have the same problem, yet your only solution is "your GPU sux".
