There is an invincible brotherhood lacer initiate in my Sanctuary, he doesn't take damage or flinch from shots. Yet everyone is agro to him, I can't get dogmeat or preston to follow me because they keep attacking him, preston won't get out of my power armor, I can't use any workstation besides a work bench.
Should I just start a new character?
