Fallout 4 won't open

Post » Sun Nov 29, 2015 9:32 am

I used to be able to launch fallout 4 and play it with my glorious 60FPS 1080P graphics, but now it wont open. I used to play it just fine no problems. But then I tried to open it on my laptop to show this game to a cousin and it launched the launcher just like normal, now I have a weak laptop so that could probably be something. I changed my graphics to as low as possible on my laptop but it wouldnt open. I first tried opening it on my laptop for the first time offline, if that has anything to do about it. I REALLY dont want to delete the game and reinstall it because lately my internets been horrible. And plus this is my second game. my first file got corrupt. So anyways, down to the facts. Whenever I launch it, Desktop or Laptop, it automatically launches the launcher. And the launchers normal, nothing wrong with it, except for launching the game. When I click the play button on my laptop, the screen goes black for a bit then goes back like as if I never opened the game. And when I click play on my computer, the launcher just closes. Ive looked at the fallout 4 tab on my computer. It goes from normal, to playing, to syncing, then back to normal. It says im in game when I press play on the launcher by the way. Ive already restarted my computer and laptop (took forever because my laptops slow) and nothing changed. Ill leave a few computer/laptop specs below. If you need any more info just let me know.

LAPTOP (Asus): i5 processer, 11.3 inches diagonal, 4 gigs of RAM, I use razer cortex to boost my game.

DESKTOP (HomeBuilt): MSI gaming motherboard, AMD graphics card with 2 gigs and nVidia geforce software, i7 processer, and 16 gb of RAM.

How do you have an AMD graphics card with nvidia geforce software? Which 2GB AMD card? 2GB determines very little about the card itself. And how are you expecting help with the laptop when it doesn't meet the requirements? Also this poll is awful.

My apologies. It was a simple steam problem. One of my games never automatically close.
