SPOILERS.


I need help with the teleporter. I've got 28 power, all stringed together. I've connected everything except the platform. But no matter what I do I can't get a wire to attach to the platform. I can pull a wire over to it, but there is no place for it to connect. All that dang BoS says is for me to check my connections. But all's good except I can't connect these two. I also have a 'quest icon' on the platform and the last thing I connected to the group (that tall tripod thing).

I think the platform just needs radiant power..like from that huge tripod thing...only the tripod, control thing, and the dish need to be connected, and it should power up..

From what I remember, you don't need to wire up the platform to anything. You just need to make sure the "tripod thing" is connected to the generators somehow. and the tripod needs to be built directly on top of the platform. If the generators are indeed directly connected to eachother (or indirectly), then there should be no problems with that part. You also need to make sure the dish and the computer station are somehow connected to the generator. I'm not sure what your problem could be, besides possibly not building the tripod directly on top (which I'm not even sure if it's possible to do), but you can assume that your platform not being wired is not that problem.

Come to find out I could not stack the tripod unto the platform until I removed the carpet that was underneath it. The platform had to be flat on the ground. Got it. Thanks.

Just had to build this piece of crap tonight, myself lol i did not have any fun at all with it. Watched a youtube video to point out a few things I was doing wrong. I have little patience for this crafting stuff lol

So, after a few attempts, it appears that everything is working, but it's not. Lightning comes out of the tripod, the antenna thing is lit up and so is the console. Yet nothing happens when i step onto the platform. What might i be missing here?
