So i saw post where a guy had this problem and i decided to make a topic myself.

As the title says my screen is all bright kinda like greenish (no i dont have the light on) and the screen is blurry. The blurryness i belive is from getting headshotted iknow there's been issues of this before but its an unacceptable glitch. The brightness i dont know what it is actually. It is kinda like the green light from your pip boy but twice as strong. As i said above i dont have the lamp on but what can cause this issue, what can it be? All i know is that both witcher 3 and mgsv has twice as good grapichs and i managed to play on high on these games without any lags, yet in fallout 4 i can barely can play on medium despite the game having less good grapichs overall. So im hoping for some answers cause this is unplayable and im loving the game so far and i wanna keep playing .
