The Big Leagues perk when combined with any other perk that adds a % to damage (Lone Wanderer, Rooted, Bloody Mess) reduces the 5th rank of Big Leagues from 100% to 0%. I'm hoping the Devs see this and it gets patched, because that makes the 5th rank of Big Leagues a huge waste.
