Since getting to level 36, my game has started to stutter and I'm crashing no matter where I fast travel to. Sometimes it just crashes as I'm loading my save and other times it will crash just after I spawn into the world. It doesn't matter what area I'm in either.

I've tried reinstalling the game twice, reverting to older saves (that seem to work better but after a while of exploring it will crash), reinstalling the PS4 firmware, rebuilding the database and nothing works.

All my other games are working as intended with no issues.

Fallout 4 patch 1.01 applied.
