I play on xbox one, At the end of "the nuclear option" quest it is supposed to teleport me to the top of a building to hit the detonator but once it teleports me it shows my character falling thru the world so of course I'm not on the roof so I cant press the detonation button and end the quest. I saved right before it teleports me because ethis is the second time I had to do this because of the same problem. so I have reloaded the save 10 times all with the same result I fall thru the world and am no longer on top of the building where the button is. and there is no way to get back up there. anyone run into this and can help?

For me the end game dialogue with Preston just keeps repeating instead of the mission being completed, breaks the game just as much really.
