since the BOS prydwen arriving i have been completely unable to fast travel from any point in the map ( no there are no enemies near by and yes im outside ) so i have just had to walk around the map since then and now im in the institute and dont see any way of me getting out without fast travel, this is practically a game breaking glitch i was done with walking around the map over and over anyway so ive just stopped playing which is a real shame as this is a great game. if anyone has had this glitch and found a fix please let me know

How much weight are you carrying? I don't think you can fast travel if you are overburdened.

its nothing like that, im within the weight this aint my first time playing a fallout game its just a glitch and i need a way to fix, maybe a console command or something idk
