no. we don't have tools on release because beth has to prepare it for public consumption and for some time now they like to do it after release so any last min changes are present in our version.

ahh ok, im just in a rush to make something, I love the mod tools, i have so many ideas!! cant wait any longer and it just came out lol!

believe me i know how you feel. I can't wait to get my hands on the tools either.

i really wanna mess around with the weapons and mods, even with the settlements i have some good ideas! like make them actually impact the game, have boss attacks on a timer or something that drop special loot or something. so many possibilities!
