So I have a huge problem here.

Like the title says I am trying to do the "Underground Undercover" quest, where the objective is to "Upload encrypted message on any Institute terminal". So I go to The Institute, find a terminal but noticed that I did not have enrypted message... So I went back to talk to all the involved npc's in this quest, hoping i would receive it, but ofc that failed.

Is there anyone on here who can help me with this?
