Mutated Monster Dolphins! : Fallout 4

So I found a mutated monster dolphin with gigantic teeth and it looks evil as heck... Sadly it is dead. I found it on spectacle island

Why did Bethesda incorporate living creatures like this?

I want some more sea monsters.

Yeah I seen a video about it the day of release...Are there even underwater enemies?

Aside from Mirelurks there are no water enemies to my knowledge.
