Bos (random events) Rant! : Fallout 4

May contain some spoilers:

After 50 hours of exploring and doing side quests i thought it was time to progress the main story a bit.
So i went on this quest to get more information about my son at this Kellogg guy.
When i was done with that the BoS showed up with their big airship (awesome btw!) and since then they are a huge nuisance!!

They always show up and murder entire town's before i can even get there and won't even say a thing to me.

I am a stealth driven person and don't want any big help from anyone (that includes leaving companions at home).

Them totally blowing my cover and basically doing my work is so extremely annoying! (buy your own game bos!)

Does anybody know how i can stop this "random event" from happening ?

Because it's coming to the point of me quick saving very often to minimize the change of it happening..

I do enjoy the game very much but i can't get over this.

They helped me out a few times with Super Mutants, ghouls and raiders. So they really don't bother me. It does bother me a little they say I'm nothing unless I'm part of the BoS.

The problem i have with it is that they are so overpowering and it completely negates many play styles.
It's not like some raiders, super mutants or anything in that range just happens to be there, the bos destroys it all..

It should have been that you can call them for support instead, that would have been great but this is just annoying.

Well its how it would go down if Fallout was real. That's the BoS goal, to secure themselves there. I quite like them fighting with the denizens.

Really? I am part of the esteemed BoS and I feel pressured to rescue the flying losers before they get shot down. I see have seen them take on 2 super mutant camps so far, and so far they have not killed a single mutant before being shot down in a fiery inferno. My challenge is to clear the place before they get taken out.

Exactly, I'm taking it as a challenge - clear place first and try to save the stupid flying ship.

I let them kill most of the enemies then I shoot down their vertibird and then shoot the troops they have on ground.
