i have the correct perk and all the right parts to do the capacitor upgrade on my laser pistol, but it still says "you do not meet the requirements to create that item".

other upgrades do work.

i have the science perk, i got it specifically to do the laser pistol cap upgrade, so its especially annoying.

Ya sure ya do? Sometimes the list of components is longer then what's actually shown (there is a arrow in the lower left of the list if thats the case) maybe you're missing components you haven't seen.

Some upgrades require rank 1,2,3 or even 4
