Hey so I am currently on the quest "The Nuclear Option" with the rail road. When I went to go do the quest I had fast traveled to the Institute and without even talking to z1-14 it said I had completed talking to him, Failed speaking with father and the next step didnt trigger. I could reload the save but for some reason even though I always save my latest one is stuck over 10 hours ago.

What I've done to fix this

sqt to find quest and quest id so i can use "completequest" but the quest doesn't show up in the list.

Teleporting out using "coc RedRocketExt" to try and reset it but that didn't work either.

Nocliping into the next quest area to trigger the next marker but that didn't work.

Any help or the quest Id would be super helpful!
