Does anyone know the console commands to clear the weather or anything like that, as i got this really pain in the ass bug which makes EVERYTHING turns white when it rains i can normally just "wait" it out but im in the middle of the wasteland and cant see a thing so i cant find anything to wait or sleep on.

None that I'm aware of.

In meantime keep a eye on Nexus site as there are a surprising number of mods already, someone might figure outa way to do this before toolkit is released.
