The max population is too small.

The building option isn't complex at all. I want to build a town as good as Diamond City. It feels like I have to "cheat" building option in order to build something great that isn't supposed to exist in the first place. For example, I have my building ON the ROOF of the Red Rocket Gas station.

The base game is already more than good enough so I will gladly buy it as DLC and I am sure many people will.

I would, but I think we're hitting memory limitations. Since the settlements aren't zones, they are tied to the main map's resources. These limitations are likely in place because that's all they could reasonably give to us.

I'd be interested in a DLC that was an instanced fortress, though.
