This can easily be fixed:

The shortcut menu 0-9, [..,..] the last two keys are not useable. The keys referred to are probably working on a US keyboard if that's where the development is. But on an international keyboard it doesn't work, at least not on this one (have tried all the keys). If those last two could be assigned or for example automatically adjusted to international. On this keyboard those keys are "'" and "?".
