When i leave Diamond City and go to the Fens area my guy is under the map but can move around. When i leave the little area that is the fens i cant run anymore and the bug is still there if i go back. I tried to load a different save from a mission but when i fast travel to a place close to diamond city and walk there the bug is still there and i cant run still. I don't know what i have to do to fix it. Can someone please help me.
