my character looks like he was infected by a parasite or something like this.

There are red parts coming out of my characters body and face.

Healing the char does not remove this.

What is it? Could it be a bug?

.????.reload a previous save and see what happens, the only perminent cdisease I know of currently is mole rats.

Have you tried getting healed at the doctor in Diamond City or visit the surgeon to see if you can add/remove damage to clear it?

A parasite? Better bring in the Bizarre ER camera crew. Nothing like a camera in your face to really make you feel comfortable when a doctor is pulling a huge tapeworm out of your ass.
