The robot P.A.M. at the Railroad sent me on a sidequest called "Jackpot" where I had to go secure a cache of supplies at an old skyscraqer. I completed my objectives, but now P.A.M. won't talk to me properly.

She'll just say something about a security lockdown in effect, or "intruder countermeasures active" and that's it. She won't let me turn in the quest or get any new ones.
