Try turning your shadow distance down! It lags the buhjeezus out of the game!

Shadow distance by option:

Ultra - 20000

High - 14000

Medium - 3000

Bethesda please fix this! I can understand not being able to run this option on ultra but even people with higher specs than mine are having trouble running this option on anything higher than medium!
